No change in the site plan. The building size is the same, but the scale has been reduced to a garage style door. Project Name or Description: 3502 Lincoln Way, SDP-16-22 Case File Log# SDP-16-22 Project Address: 3502 Lincoln Way Applicant: Lincoln Park Co-op, Inc Date of DRC Meeting: 08/26/16 PLANNING&HOUSING DEPARTMENT e Contact Julie Gould @(515) 239-5400: 1. As a non-conforming use and exapsion of accessories structures is not allowered without a Special Use Permit,per Section 29.307(2)(a)(i). SUP submitted Sept. 9, 2016. 2. Verify that the required number of parking stalls will remain, if parking will be removed for access to the garage. A total of 189 stalls are required for both the residential development and the office development. Number is verified. However, the garage does add 2 interior stalls. PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT e Contact Eric Cowles @(515) 239-5277: 1. During the sanitary sewer evaluation, it was discovered that multiple roof drains were draining directly to the sanitary sewer clean outs next to the building. These need to be directed away from the sanitary sewer clean outs and water tight caps installed. If this has been done, we just need to verify. This work will be done as part of the project. Owner is aware of the issue. ELECTRIC DEPARTMENT--Contact Mark Imhoff @(515)239-5170: 1. Please verify that the new building does not sit over the buried electric service line to the existing building. The buried service line will need to be relocated at the customer's expense if there is a conflict. Will verify at the time of construction. 2. Will the new building require electric service? No. Will use existing service. BUILDING INSPECTIONS DIVISION--Contact Scott Ripperger @ (515)239-5153: 1. The building will be reviewed for building code compliance after submittal of the required construction documents. OK.
