RESOLUTION ACCEPTING COMPLETION OF
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS REQUIRED FOR
CRANE FARM SUBDIVISION, 2ND ADDITION, aka
HILLSIDE SUBDIVISION, 2ND ADDITION,
FOR THE CITY OF AMES,IOWA
BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa:
Section One. In accordance with the Certificate of the Public Works Director, the public
sidewalk improvements required for the Crane Farm Subdivision, 2nd Addition, aka Hillside
Subdivision, 2nd Addition, are hereby accepted as complete and satisfactory, and,
Section Two. The bond given to secure performance of the public improvements is hereby
released and shall be returned to the subdivider.
ADOPTED THIS 14t' day of June, 2022.
