In accordance with the Certificate of the Public Works Director,the pedestrian ramps,detectable warning panels,curb&gutter repairs,and 4"sidewalk improvements required for Wheelock Subdivision are hereby accepted as complete and satisfactory; and, Section Two. The bond given to secure performance of the public improvements is hereby released and shall be returned to the subdivider. ADOPTED THIS 24`h day of May, 2022. Diane R. Voss, City Clerk John A.
