We are the property managers for the complex. Upon review of the proposed plans (received yesterday) , and on behalf of the residents of the apartment community, the tower would not be a desired feature to have next door. At 80 feet tall it represents a structure that seems out of place and is not compatible with the residential apartments, and the single-family housing immediately to the east. We believe the proposal should be denied. Thanks, Kurt
