SUBJECT: Amended site plan for 3300 George Washington Carver Avenue
The applicant discovered, upon reviewing the staff report on the amended special use
permit for 3300 George Washington Carver Avenue, that the wrong site plan was
submitted with the application. The site plan that Scenic Development wished to have
reviewed included an additional seven parking spaces on the south side of the driveway
loop.
Staff has reviewed this amended site plan and supports this proposed plan. Staff s
recommendation remains the same as noted in the distributed staff report—approval
with the conditions noted.
