The Board considers tile facts above and the standards in Allies MLIlliCil)al C-'ode
section 29.1505(4)(a). (b) and (c), and finds that the application meets the standards and that the
Special tJse Permit shall be granted, xith the condition that the dumpster is oil one of, the
propertles, and Is screened properly per the Ames Municipal (..'odc.
WHEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the applicant is GRANTED a Special Use flerrilit,
section 29.1503 ol'the Ames Municipal Code, to house social services agencies on the properties
located at 611 crud 615 Clark AvcnUe, 515 6th Strect, and 516 7"' Sti-cet. As a condition of the
Special Use Permit, the clumpster oil one M* the properties shall be screened properly ill
compliance with the Ames Municipal Code.
Any person desiring to appeal this decision to a court of record may do so within 10 days after
the filing of' this decision.
