RE: Variance for 2801 E. 131h Street, Case# ZBA-14-26
Dear Mr. Zerr:
We have received the application requesting a variance to allow new concrete pavement
within the required minimum five (5) foot landscape striph and parking setback along the
south property line of the property located at 2801 E. 13t Street. We have reviewed the
application, submitted on September 9, 2014, for completeness, and find that the
application and materials are complete to begin processing.
This item will be assigned to a Case Planner, who will review the variance application
and may contact you with questions as a report is prepared, for placement of the
variance request on the agenda of a future Zoning Board of Adjustment meeeting.
