RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
ON CONTRACT WITH
JETCO,INC.,
FOR AMES WATER TREATMENT PLANT REMOTE SITE RADIO
AND PLC UPGRADE PROJECT
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
WHEREAS, it has been determined that a Change Order is necessary and proper on the
above Contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa,
that Change Order No. 2 in the amount of$35,879, on contract with Jetco, Inc., of Altoona, Iowa,
for the Ames Water Treatment Plant Remote Site Radio and PLC Upgrade Project be approved and
adopted as attached hereto and made a part hereof by this reference.
ADOPTED THIS 9`' day of November, 2021.
