Jeff,
Please accept this communication as my request to postpone the hearing for our setback request, for the
property at 2801 E 13`h Street, until the September 24, 2014 meeting.
We will be submitting an additional request related to the 5' front parking setback and it is appropriate that
both items be heard at the same meeting.
