RE: Variance for 2801 E. 13th Street, Case# ZBA14-23.
Dear Mr. Zerr:
We have received the application requesting a variance to allow the construction of a
building nearer to the rear lot line than allowed by the minimum required rear yard
setback in the "HOC" (Highway Oriented Commercial) zone. We have reviewed the
application, submitted on August 1, 2014, for completeness, and find that the
application and materials are complete to begin processing.
This item will assigned to a Case Planner, who will review the variance application and
may contact you with questions as a report is prepared for consideration by the Zoning
Board of Adjustment. This application for a variance is scheduled for the August 27,
2014 meeting of the Zoning Board of Adjustment.
