Notice of Acceptance of the Request for Reasonable Accommodation

RE: Request for Reasonable Accommodation, 821 Duff Avenue, Case File#: ZBA-14-17
Dear Sandi:
Thank you for submitting the Request for Reasonable Accommodation Application to allow
front doors on the house, composed of fiberglass instead of wood. We have reviewed the
materials that were submitted on June 12, 2014 and have accepted the application for review.
This item will be sent to the City Clerk's Office for placement on the July 9,2014, agenda of the
ZBA. The meeting will take place at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers of City Hall at
515 Clark Avenue. A report analyzing your request in accordance with the "grounds for
accommodation" will be prepared for consideration by the ZBA. You will be contacted if
further information is needed as the report is being prepared.
Notification of your Request for Reasonable Accommodation will be sent to property owners
within 200 feet approximately 12 days prior to the ZBA meeting. A sign will be posted on the
property and notice published in the newspaper eight days prior to the meeting. A copy of the
ZBA's packet will be mailed to you on the Friday before the July 9, 2014 meeting. You or your
representative should plan to be present at the meeting. Please contact me at 515-239-5400 if
