RE: 2422 Lincoln Way Variance Application—Case#ZBA-14-15
Dear Mr. Rognes and Mr. Gorball:
We have received the application requesting a variance to allow the construction of a
parking ramp nearer to the rear lot line than allowed by the minimum required rear yard
setback in the "CSC" (Campustown Service Center) zone. We have reviewed the
application, submitted on May 9, 2014, for completeness, and find that the application
and materials are complete to begin processing.
This item has been assigned to Jeff Benson, Planner, who will review the variance
application, and may contact you with questions as a report is prepared for consideration
by the Zoning Board of Adjustment. This application for a variance is scheduled for the
May 29, 2014 meeting of the Zoning Board of Adjustment.
Please contact me at 515-239-5400 if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
Ray D. Anderson
Planner
