2105 SE Sth Street was changed to a minor site development plan when the owner removed the retail
component of the plan.
3333 Stange is set to go to the ZBA for a special use permit on 3/11/15.
3915 Mortensen/699 Dotson Drive was withdrawn to allow for the adoption of the new maps (back in
October). It no longer needs a variance.

Hi Charlie,
I'm looking through my ZBA case files that I haven't entered into FMS for 2014 and I have question on a few
cases which I believe are yours.
ZBA 14-13: 2105 SE Sth Street for a Special Use Permit
I think you may have said that this case went away/won't be coming back. If that is the case, could I please get
an email from you stating so for FMS purposes?
ZBA 14-14: 3333 Stange Road for a Special Use Permit
Again, if this won't be coming back because it went to Council instead please send me an email stating so.
ZBA 14-24: 3915 Mortensen Road and 699 Dotson Drive
What is the status of this case? Will it be on a future agenda?
