Dear Mr. Petersen:
We have received the application requesting a variance to allow a residential use on the
first floor of a building in the "CCR" (Community Commercial/Residential Node)
zoning district, located at 4611 Mortensen Road. We have reviewed the application,
submitted on January 28, 2014, and find that the application and materials are complete
to begin processing.
This item will be assigned to a staff planner, who will review the application and then
contact you with any comments or questions before placing the variance request on a
Zoning Board of Adjustment agenda.
