Dear Mr. Renaud:
We have received the application for the granting of a variance for a block length in excess of 660 feet
for the subdivision proposed at 2714 an 2806 George Washington Carver Avenue.We have reviewed
the application submitted on February 12, 2013, and find the application to be complete for the
purpose of processing by the City of Ames.
This item will be assigned to a staff planner, who will review the application and then contact you
with any comments or questions before placing the variance request on a Zoning Board of Adjustment
agenda.
