THE DESCRIBED BOUNDARY CONTAINS 0.15 ACRES (6,890.7 S.F.), MORE OR LESS. WHEREAS, a preliminary decision of approval for the proposed Plat of Survey has been rendered by the Planning and Housing Department with no conditions; and, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, that the Plat of Survey for 1126 Grand Avenue is hereby approved.
