We have received the Variance application on behalf of the construction of a detached garage at 3914
South Duff Avenue. We have reviewed the application submitted on June 27, 2012, and find the
application to be complete for the purpose of processing by the City of Ames.
This item will be assigned to a staff planner, who will review the application and then contact you
with any comments or questions before placing the variance request on a Zoning Board of Adjustment
agenda.
