The proposed stairway will allow me to enter the basement directly without having to walk through the rest of the house. It is simply for more convenient access to the outside. The use of the property will still be for only two units,as originally approved. Please see the attached revised floor plans from Benjamin Design. The Zoning Board of Adjustment cannot approve a Special Use Permit unless all of the "General Standards" and the "Residential Zone Standards" are met.
