RESOLUTION NO. 20-466
RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAT OF SURVEY FOR
702 RIDGEWOOD AVENUE
FOR THE CITY OF AMES
WHEREAS,application for a proposed Plat of Survey has been submitted for a conveyance parcel
per Section 23.307; of the Municipal Code; and,
WHEREAS,the site is located at 702 Ridgewood Avenue, and the owner are Nathan and Carol
Sage; and,
WHEREAS, the real estate description is North 45 Feet of Lot 14, Block 1, Chautauqua Park
Addition; and,
WHEREAS,a preliminary decision of approval for the proposed Plat of Survey has been rendered
by the Planning and Housing Department with no conditions; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, that
the Plat of Survey for 702 Ridgewood Avenue is hereby approved.
ADOPTED THIS 25th day of August, 2020.
