RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 3
ON CONTRACT WITH
RW EXCAVATING SOLUTIONS
FOR NORTH RIVER VALLEY PARK LOW HEAD DAM IMPROVEMENTS
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
WHEREAS, it has been determined that a Change Order is necessary and proper on the
above Contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa,
that Change Order No. 3 in the amount of$59,483.99, on contract with RW Excavating Solutions
of Prairie City, Iowa, for the North River Valley Park Low Head Dam Improvements be approved
and adopted as attached hereto and made a part hereof by this reference.
ADOPTED THIS 18`h day of August,2020.
