RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT AND BOND FOR
MOTOR REPAIR FOR THE POWER PLANT
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
Section 1. The contract between the City of Ames, Iowa, and Electrical Engineering and
Equipment Co., of Windsor Heights, Iowa, dated the 141}i day of May, 2019, for the Motor
Repair for the Power Plant as provided for in the detailed plans and specifications referred to
in the preamble hereof, and the performance bond of the said contractor with RLI Insurance
Company of Woodland Hills,California, as surety thereon, in the amount of$23,000 filed in
connection therewith, be and the same are hereby approved.
Section 2. All resolutions or order or parts thereof in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to
the extend of such conflict.
ADOPTED THIS 20h day of May, 2020.
