Home My WebLink About~Master - Approving Designation of Represtentatives to Central Iowa Regional Transportation Planning Alliance for the Ames Area Metropolitan Planning Organization RESOLUTION NO. 20-131 RESOLUTION APPROVING DESIGNATION OF REPRESENTATIVES TO CENTRAL IOWA REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION PLANNING ALLIANCE FOR THE AMES AREA METROPOLITAN PLANNING ORGANIZATION WHEREAS,each year,the Transportation Policy Committee appoints representatives to the Central Iowa Regional Transportation Planning Alliance's (CIRTPA) two committees — the Transportation Policy Committee(TPC)and the Transportation Technical Committee(TTC); and, WHEREAS, since the Ames Area Metropolitan Planning Organization is an advisory member of CIRTPA, these are non-voting positions; and, WHEREAS, it is recommended that the Ames Area Metropolitan Planning Organization's designated representatives be as follows: TPC representative: Kyle Thompson, Transportation Planner; TPC alternate representative: Damion Pregitzer, Traffic Engineer; TTC representative: Kyle Thompson, Transportation Planner; and TTC alternate representative: Damion Pregitzer, Traffic Engineer. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Transportation Policy Committee of the Ames Area Metropolitan Planning Organization that the appointment of the individuals named above to serve in their respective roles representing the Ames Area Metropolitan Planning Organization on CIRTPA is hereby approved.
