The Agreement for Public Improvements secured by a letter of credit in the amount of EIGHTY-NINE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHTY DOLLARS and 00h 00($89,S80.00)is hereby authorized with respect to the balance of the public improvements required for approval of the final plat of the aforementioned subdivision.
