The developer is requesting a Major Site Development Plan for 1404& 1410 Buckeye Avenue as
part of an amendment to an Integrated Site Plan Subdivision.
The Planning and Zoning Commission took action on the above-described request at the meeting
held on April 20,2022.
This item is scheduled to go to City Council for the hearing on the amendment to the Integrated
Site Plan Subdivision on July 12,2022.
