WHEREAS,there has been submitted to the City Council of the City of Ames,Iowa,a plat
of real estate described as:
Lot Two (2), Baptist Acres Subdivision, Ames, Story County, Iowa, except
commencing at the NE corner of Outlot XX, Somerset Subdivision Twenty-second
Addition, Ames, Story County, Iowa; thence N89°24'40"E along the North line of
said Somerset Subdivision Twenty-second Addition, 0.56 feet to the point of
beginning;thence Northwesterly along a curve concave Southwesterly whose radius
is 36.00 feet, whose arc length is 44.18 feet, and whose chord bears N35°45'17"W,
41.46 feet;thence Northeasterly along a curve concave Southeasterly whose radius is
59.00 feet, whose arc length is 257.76 feet, and whose chord bears N54°14'50"E,
96.47 feet; thence S00°35'45"E, 89.45 feet to said North line; thence S89°24'40"W

WHEREAS, the Department of Planning and Housing of the City of Ames, Iowa, has
recommended that the plat be approved, and
WHEREAS, the owner of said real estate, CCRC of Ames, LLC, has executed a written
Consent declaring that the platting is with its free consent and is in accordance with its desires as
proprietor, and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, that the plat
should be accepted and approved
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council ofthe City of Ames,Iowa,
that the plat of NORTHRIDGE VILLAGE PLAT 1,AMES,STORY COUNTY,IOWA,be and
it is hereby accepted and approved, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all of the acts of CCRC of Ames, LLC are hereby
confirmed and approved by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, on this 10th day of
May , 2022
