I understand that you approve of the Strand calculation of$63,815. (See first attachment). My understanding is that Diane received this amount from the Owner hours ago. Currently, Diane is holding$17,315 covering Lot 1 (the lot being replatted into the Fifth Addition) per an agreement filed with the Fourth Addition. (See the second attachment). It is clear that the Owner expects to get the $17,315 back from the Clerk. What is not clear, is whether there is overlap and it is appropriate to release the $17,315 posted with the Fourth Addition. Please take a look at the schedule and let us know whether there is overlap with the new amounts being taken with the Fifth Addition, and whether all or a portion should be released. Pmes Victoria A.
