CONSENT TO SUBDIVSION PLATTING
AND DEDICATION
Know All Persons: Fitch Land Development, LLC, an Iowa member-managed limited
liability company, is the lawful Owner and proprietor of the Real Property located in Story County,
Iowa, and legally described as shown on attached Exhibit"A".
The Owner has caused to be filed herewith a subdivision plat of said Real Property together
with all instruments required by law attached hereto and by this reference incorporated as if set out
fully, all in accordance with the requirements of chapters 354 and 355 of the Code of Iowa and the
ordinances of Ames, Iowa, the Owner does hereby consent to the subdivision plat, which shall
hereafter be known as:
Birch Meadows Subdivision, Second Addition, Ames, Story County,Iowa.
In accordance with sections 354.11 and 354.19 of the Code of Iowa, the Owner hereby
dedicates to the City of Ames, Iowa, and to the public all lands within the plat that are designated for
streets(Maryland Street and Kansas Drive)and which are described as:
Lot A,Birch Meadows Subdivision, Second Addition,Ames, Story County,Iowa.
