NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Ames City Council shall hold a public hearing
in conjunction with its regularly scheduled meeting of September 14, 2021, at 6:00 PM in the
City Hall Council Chambers, 515 Clark Avenue, Ames, Iowa. 0
The purpose of this hearing is to consider approval of an amendment to the Major Site
Development Plan, which is a part of an Integrated Site Plan, for 1409 and 1419 Buckeye
Avenue (includes concurrent Final Plat and Major Site Development Plan approval). Approval
of the Amended Plan would allow a new configuration of Building B at 1409 and 1419 Buckeye
Avenue to include five tenant spaces.
Any parties in interest and citizens may participate in the September 14, 2021, City
Council meeting to testify for or against the proposed Amended Plan. Written testimony will
also be accepted.
