RESOLUTION NO. 19-580
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE FINAL PLAT
OF IOWA STATE UNIVERSITY RESEARCH
PARK, PHASE III,FOURTH ADDITION
SUBDIVISION OF AMES, IOWA
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Council of Ames, Iowa, a Final Plat of Iowa State
University Research Park Phase III,Fourth Addition Subdivision of Ames,Iowa,said plat involving the
following described real estate:
Outlot X,Iowa State University Research Park Phase III Third Addition in Ames, Story
County, Iowa, except Parcel "A" of all of Lot 5, Iowa State University Research Park
Phase III,First Addition,Ames, Story County,Iowa, and a part of Outlot X,Iowa State
University Research Park Phase III Third Addition in Ames, Story County, Iowa, as
shown on the Plat of Survey recorded on August 16,2018,as Inst.No. 18-07630, Slide
613, Page 5, AND Commencing at a point on the East line of the Northwest Quarter
(NW'/4)of Section Twenty-two(22),Township Eighty-three(83)North,Range Twenty
four(24)West of the 5th P.M.,Ames, Story County,Iowa 241.45 feet South of the N'/4
Corner of said Sec.22,thence S89°55'30"W 412.0 feet,thence South 272.0 feet,thence
N89055'30"E, 412.0 feet to the East line of said NW'/4, thence North 272.0 feet along
said East line to the point of beginning, containing 2.57 acres; ALL TOGETHER
containing 100.13 acres which includes 2.21 acres of existing public right of way
and
WHEREAS,the owners have complied with all conditions as set forth in the ordinances of the City of
Ames, Iowa; and,
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of the City Council of Ames, Iowa, that the said plat be accepted.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Ames, Iowa,that the said plat of
Iowa State University Research Park Phase III,Fourth Addition Subdivision of Ames,Iowa,be and the
same is hereby approved and accepted for and on behalf of the City of Ames,Iowa,and the lands shown
on said plat which are dedicated for the perpetual use of the public are hereby accepted by the City of
Ames,Iowa,and all acts and doings by the grantors in the premises are hereby confirmed and approved
by the City Council of Ames, Iowa, on this 12'' day of November, 2019.

Number 19-580 is a true and accurate copy of said Resolution;that said Resolution was duly passed and
adopted by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa at a duly convened meeting thereof on the 12tn
