A location map is attached for your information. Since you are the owner of property within 200 feet of the proposed development, you are invited to attend the Planning and Zoning Commission meeting on Wednesday, July 17, 2019, at 7.00 p.m., in the Council Chambers located on the second floor of the Ames City Hall, 515 Clark Avenue. If you plan to attend, please enter the building through the main building entrance. As it is difficult to contact all interested persons, we respectfully ask you to inform others in your area. The Planning and Zoning Commission took action on the above-described request at their meeting on Wednesday, July 17, 2019 and voted 5-1 in favor with one condition, including on-street parking on the private street. The City Council will be taking action on the above-described request at the meeting scheduled for Tuesday, July 23, 2019.
