Quit Claim Deed & Easement Reservation
KNOW ALL PERSONS: The Grantor, City of Ames, a municipal corporation, for valuable
consideration,does hereby quit-claim and convey unto the Grantee, Steven D.Walter and Sarah E.Walter,
husband and wife, as joint tenants with full rights of survivorship, all right, title, interest, estate, claim,and
demand in the Real Property shown on the attached Vacation Plat as Exhibit A' and legally described as
follows: See Legal Description attached.
EASEMENT RESERVATION. There is reserved to the City of Ames, Iowa,an easement over, under
and across the entirety of said Real Property for the maintenance,operation and reconstruction of all utility
lines presently existing on said Real Property,if any. A copy of said Easement area is shown on the Easement
Plat attached hereto as Exhibit'B.'
Words and phrases herein, including the acknowledgement hereof, shall be construed as in the
singular or plural number,and as masculine,feminine or neuter gender,according to context.
