University Research Park,does hereby convey to City of Ames,Iowa the following described real estate
in Story County,Iowa:
Lots A and B in Iowa State University Research Park Phase III,Third Addition,an
Official Plat, now included in and forming a part of the City of Ames, Story
County,Iowa,
Subject to easements and restrictions of record.
No transfer tax or Declaration of Value required. Section 428A.2(6)Code of Iowa.
The undersigned hereby covenants with grantees, and successors in interest, that he holds the real
estate by title in fee simple;that he has good and lawful authority to sell and convey the real estate;that the
real estate is free and clear of all liens and encumbrances, except as may be above stated; and covenants to
Warrant and Defend the real estate against the lawful claims of all persons,except as may be above stated.
