ISU RP LOC reduction on hold

Hi Diane,
John Joiner informed me that the ISU Research Park LOC reduction should not go to
Council until the RISE grant agreement is approved, and the IDOT just informed me
that the RISE agreement is still a couple weeks away from being completed and
delivered to us. Therefore, the LOC reduction needs to be pulled from the Feb. 12th
Council meeting. I will let you know when it can go back on a meeting agenda, after I
get the agreement.
