Diane: The recorder filed the Acquisition Plat, attached. I am thinking that this is something either Charlie
K. or Justin Moore in planning must have required. I have not yet seen a Deed to the acquisition area.
Once it is received, I think we'll need a Resolution accepting the right of way dedication area, assuming
that is what is going on. .
I have copied Charlie and Justin in on this so that they can let us know when they see a proposed deed.
