No. 2017-00000456. By virtue of-said mortgage,.Mortgagee has an interest.in the Real Property de-
scribed in the Consent to platting to which this instrument is attached to be known as:

County,Iowa(the"Real Property")..
Tailwind 1854 Madison,-LLC.(the".Owners")giving said Consent have requested that the.Mortgagee
consent to the platting of the Real Property and to release the lien of said mortgage with-respect to
certain tracts dedicated to public use within said subdivision plat. The Mortgagee deems it advisable
to do:so.
NOW,THEREFORE,for good and valuable consideration:
The Mortgagee agrees and consents to the platting of the Real Property described in the attached sub
divisiom plat to be known:as Aspen Business Park Subdivision,' Third Addition, Ames, Story
County,Iowa. The Mortgagee does hereby release the lien of said mortgage as to that certain real
