Becki,
The Letter of Credit and Cost Estimate for the remaining public improvements is for the Final Plat of
"The Irons" subdivision, not part of the annexation. There are legal documents that go with the
Final Plat that will be distributed soon for review by the Legal Department. We need approval from
Judy on the Letter of Credit so that Diane Voss can provide us with a certificate that says the Letter
of Credit guaranteeing completion of all required improvements has been approved by the City
Attorney. This certificate from the City Clerk is to be submitted with the Final Plat application, in
order to determine that the Final Plat is complete, and ready for review.
