LENDER'S CONSENT TO PLAT

does hereby consent to the platting of the property to be platted as The Irons,an Official Plat, Story County,Iowa
and specifically described as follows:

This consent is as mortgagee to a part of the property described above,specifically Parcel"N",with a
mortgage being filed against said property on January 23,2003,as Instrument No. 03-01341,and is given with the
free consent and in accordance with the desires of the undersigned as mortgagee to said Parcel"N"of the property
described above which is to be included in said plat.
