LENDER'S CONSENT TO PLAT

This consent is as mortgagee to a part of the property described above,specifically Parcel"M",with a
mortgage being filed against said property on December 29,2016,as Instrument No. 16-13037,and is given with the
free consent and in accordance with the desires of the undersigned as mortgagee to said Parcel"M"of the property
described above which is to be included in said plat.
