TERMINATION OF EASEMENT
THIS TERMINATION OF EASEMENT is made this day of h h
2017,by The Irons, L.L.C., an Iowa limited liability company ("The Irons") and Ames Golf and
Country Club a/k/a Ames Golf& Country Club, an Iowa corporation("AGCC").
RECITALS
WHEREAS, The Irons, L.L.C. granted a Private Ingress and Egress Easement to AGCC
which was filed of record in the Story County Recorder's Office on September 20, 2016 as
Instrument No. 16-09343 ("Easement").
WHEREAS, property owned by The Irons and AGCC is now being developed and
subdivided into a development to be known as The Irons.
WHEREAS, the Easement is no longer necessary and the parties desire to terminate said
Easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Easement as referenced above is hereby terminated, released of
record and shall be of no further force and effect.
