RE: Dotson Drive Development Subdivision
Dear Brian:
Pursuant to the City's Subdivision Ordinance that became effective June 1, 1999, copies of the
recorded Final Plat documents must be received by the City Clerk within 30 days of the approval
of the Final Plat by the City Council.
The documents to be recorded for the above-named subdivision are enclosed. These documents
are due back to our office by July 14, 2016. If they are not received, the City Council may initiate
proceedings to revoke the Final Plat.
