RESOLUTION ACCEPTING COMPLETION OF
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS REQUIRED FOR
AMES MIDDLE SCHOOL SUBDIVISION, PLAT 3,
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa:
Section One. In accordance with the Certificate of the Public Works Director, the public
utility improvements, curb and gutter, and asphalt paving construction improvements required for
the Ames Middle School Subdivision,Plat 3,are hereby accepted as complete and satisfactory;and,
Section Two. No financial security was required to be posted as a part of this Final Plat,
however,the Ames Community School District and the City Council have agreed to share the cost
of the installation of a 10-foot wide shared-use path from the southern limits of the project,north to
the existing shared-use path crossing,on the east side of Dotson Drive,which is to be completed by
July 1, 2016.
ADOPTED THIS 121"day of January, 2016.
