I am in receipt of Check No. 14400 drawn on the account of Nyemaster Goode, P.C., in the amount of
$190,000. Said check replaces Irrevocable Standby Letter of Credit No. 11187096 issued by First
American Bank, 12333 University Avenue, Clive, Iowa, on behalf of McFarland Clinic, P.C.
Check No. 14400 was deposited into the City of Ames Developers'Account to be held without interest
until the satisfactory completion of required public improvements as outlined in the Agreement Pertaining
to the Subdivision Platting and Development of Land in the City of Ames Called McFarland Subdivision.
When the improvements have been completed and accepted by the Ames City Council, the security will
be released and a check made payable to Nyemaster Goode, P.C., in the amount of$190,000 will be
forwarded to you.
Please advise if you prefer to pick up the Letter of Credit or have it mailed to you.
