Charlie—I understand we are still going back and forth with revising the Conservation Management Plan (the
"CMP")for this subdivision. As you know, the final plat was approved on October 27. Ames Municipal Code Sec.
23.305(l)(c) requires that the City Clerk receive a copy of the recorded plat within 30 days after approval of
same or the City Council can initiate proceedings to revoke approval.Since the approval of the CMP was a
condition for the release of the platting documents for recording, and because, at this point, we may not get the
docume he Cit Clerk by November 26 we ask that ou acknowledge or confirm that
the ity will waive this provision and/or agree not to initiate revocation proceedings. lease advise. Do you have
