RESOLUTION NO. 20-282 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING COMPLETION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS REQUIRED FOR NORTHRIDGE HEIGHTS, 18TH ADDITION SUBDIVISION FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa: Section One. In accordance with the Certificate of the Public Works Director,the sidewalk ramp improvements required for the Northridge Heights Subdivsion, 18`h Addition, are hereby accepted as complete and satisfactory; and, Section Two. The above-mentioned improvements have been inspected by the Engineering Division of the Public Works Department of the City of Ames, Iowa, and found to meet City specifications and standards.
