In accordance with the Certificate of the Public Works Director,the sidewalk ramp improvements required for the Northridge Heights Subdivsion, 18`h Addition, are hereby accepted as complete and satisfactory; and, Section Two. The above-mentioned improvements have been inspected by the Engineering Division of the Public Works Department of the City of Ames, Iowa, and found to meet City specifications and standards.
