Mortgagee's Consent to Platting
Know All Persons: Rockland Trust Company(the"Mortgagee")is the present owner of that cer-
tain Mortgage given by Cyclone Inns, LLC, to Rockland Trust Company under date of July 15, 2015,
and filed in the office of the Recorder of Story County, Iowa, on July 17, 2015, and recorded as In-
strument No. r5-00006699. By virtue of said mortgage, Mortgagee has an interest in the Real
Property described in the Consent to platting to which this instrument is attached to be known as:
UNIVERSITY TOWERS SUBDIVISION, FIRST ADDITION, AMES,
STORY COUNTY,IOWA. (the"Real Property").
Cyclone Inns, LLC, (the"Owners") giving said Consent has requested that the Mortgagee consent
to the platting of the Real Property. The Mortgagee deems it advisable to do so.
NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration: The Mortgagee agrees and consents to
the platting of the Real Property described in the attached subdivision plat to be known as Universi-
ty Towers Subdivision,First Addition,Ames,Story County,Iowa.
This instrument shall not affect the lien of said Mortgage on the real property described therein,
which shall remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,the Mortgagee has caused this instrument to be executed on its behalf on
