Consent to Subdivision Platting
Know All Persons: Cyclone Inns,LLC (a/k/a Cyclone Inns LLC), is the sole, lawful Own-
er and proprietor of the Real Property located in Story County, Iowa, and legally described
as follows:
Parcel "U' a part of Lots 5 and 24 in Parker's Addition to Ames, Story County,
Iowa,as shown on the"Plat of Survey"filed in the office of the Recorder of Sto-
ry County, Iowa, on September 3, 2002, as Instrument No. 02-13335, at Slide
145,Page 5.
The Owner has caused to be filed herewith a subdivision plat of said Real Property together
with all instruments required by law attached hereto and by this reference incorporated as
if set out fully, all in accordance with the requirements of chapters 354 and 355 of the Code
of Iowa and the ordinances of the City of Ames, Iowa, the Owner does hereby consent to
the subdivision plat,which shall hereafter be known as:
UNIVERSITY TOWERS SUBDIVISION, FIRST ADDITION, AMES,
STORY COUNTY,IOWA. �r
