Ames Trenching is currently working on the utilities. The sanitary is nearly done, the water and storm sewer have not yet started. Keith will also need to bond $500/acre for erosion control. He would not, however, need to bond for the street trees as shown as they are covered under a separate agreement with the final platting process. In talking with Bolton & Menk it sounds like they are close to being ready to final plat. If all the utilities were in and accepted the numbers would be good, but with nothing accepted at this point he would need to bond for the entire value of the unaccepted work plus $500/acre for erosion control bond .
