The intent is to revise the proposed Master Plan to amend the housing types in the last remaining outlot
from nine single-family detached homes to five single-family detached homes and eight twin-home lots.
The zoning boundaries would not change from the existing FS-RL base zoning.
The Planning and Zoning Commission acted on this request at its August 3, 2016 meeting.

A copy of the map for the area under consideration is attached.
