HomeMy WebLinkAboutA009 - Mortgagee's Consent to Platting dated June 12, 2015 Attachment No. McFarland Subdivision,Ames,Iowa MORTGAGEE'S CONSENT TO PLATTING WHEREAS, U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, as successor-in-interest to Bank of America, National Association, successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association (f/k/a LaSalle National Bank), as Trustee for the Registered Holders of GMAC Commercial Mortgage Securities, Inc., Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 1998-C2 (the "Mortgagee"), evidence of which is attached, is the present owner of a Mortgage and an Assignment of Leases and Rents granted by Ames Associates, an Illinois limited partnership, to Cohen Financial Corporation, a Delaware corporation (the "Original Lender"), dated April 14, 1998; filed in the office of the Recorder of Story County, Iowa, on April 15, 1998; and recorded as Instrument Numbers 98-04649 (Mortgage) and 98-04650 (Assignment of Leases and Rents); the Mortgage and Assignment of Leases and Rents were assigned by Original Lender to Mortgagee; filed in the office of the Recorder of Story County, Iowa, on March 18, 1999; and therefore, Mortgagee has an interest in the real property described in the consent to platting to which this Mortgagee's Consent to Platting is attached; WHEREAS, the Mortgagee has been requested to consent to the platting of the real property described in the attached subdivision plat to be known as McFarland Subdivision, Ames, Iowa and deems it advisable to do so; NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration: 1. CONSENT. The Mortgagee agrees and consents to the platting of the real property described in the attached subdivision plat to be known as McFarland Subdivision, Ames, Iowa to which this Mortgagee's Consent to Platting is attached.
