Please accept my apology for mistakenly losing or tossing the original Consent to Plat documents signed
by the property owners for the Westwood Village Plat 2 Final Plat. I know that you submitted them, I
remember seeing them, and there were no revisions requested for them. It is likely that I tossed them
thinking that they were out of date or extra copies. I will try a different handling process here to avoid such
mistakes in the future
I'm sorry for the inconvenience to you for having to get signatures again before recording these
documents. I do appreciate your patience and perseverance during the approval process for this
subdivision.
